Anti Ragging
Any student or group of students found guilty of “Ragging” in the campus or hostels or college buses or even outside the campus shall be liable for the punishment as per UGC guidelines and the anti-ragging act as per the direction of the honorable supreme court.

Women Grievance Cell
Women Grievance Cell at Unity Post Graduate College (UPGC) ensures the absolute security, quality of life, and well-being of women employees and students on the University campus. The Cell promptly looks into all kinds of complaints to protect the interests of the women and safeguard them from any form of abuse or harassment on campus. The Cell has the following aims and objectives.
- To prevent sexual harassment and to promote the general well-being of female students, teaching, and non-teaching women staff of the university.
- To provide appropriate working conditions in respect of work, leisure, health, and hygiene to further ensure that there is no hostile environment towards women at work places and that no woman employee has reasonable grounds to believe that she is disadvantaged in connection with her employment.
- To provide guidelines for the redressal of grievances related to sexual harassment of female students, teaching, and non-teaching women staff of the university.
